6 Vectors to 'Lean Performance'The Keaneon 6 Vector system (6v) employs a standard set of 6v and Lean tools, utilising Six Sigma methodology, to undertake the business improvement process. Keaneon has developed this system utilising its extensive industry and consulting experience and knowledge, identifying the key factors for success and incorporating them into a business improvement package (6v).
The review of the business or segments of the business is completed against a standard set of criteria for each of the 6 vectors. Each client must then identify, against the criteria, what is their desired degree of tangible and intangible improvement. A programme is then tailored to support the business’s desires, needs and requirements for sustainable improvement.
